Kudos and thank you.
I think small, don’t need pretty.
It’s hilarious how the bunny tried to push everything off the table 😭🤣 so cute omg
What TPI is your Brother Carder for the angora wool?
So cool ☺️
Thanks so much for your very soothing, relaxing video and informative. Im new to this and I cant wait to do this in the cold winter months in Alaska. Love your relaxed teaching style. And you have a lovely home and pets.
❤❤❤❤so nice process
You must comb them
So very thankful I came across this video. You did a wonderful job showing how it's all done! Is there a link for the big drum card and your nice spinning wheel? Do you have any recommendations for someone who has never had rabbits but would love to get started making and selling angora wool? Thanks again!
bunny is useful who needs to eat a bunny when you could have yarn made from bunny cute, useful, fluffy, gorgeous bunny
Do you know of you can comb angora wool? Or is it just too much of a hassle?
Great video! I would like to know where you purchased your spinning wheel and carding tools.
Grausam 😢 arme Kerlchen 😢 ich kaufe niemals was aus Angora!!! Ich empfehle alle Menschen auf Sachen zu verzichten!!!
Tiger's a busybody. Sure he's not part cat with that interest in knocking things off the table?
How in the world do you make poodle yarn! They are really cute dogs. Enjoyed this video. Thanks 😊
fluf bnnuy
We need best and most non violent and non killing Is to comb their fur when they need to shed With love 💕not pull their fur I need my own angora so I don’t suspect on others
Is Minnesota from Minnesota? I am☺️☺️
I didnt think you could use dog hair? Poodles make wool?
Squeaky sound it would be to me like a cat purring next to me, nice.
this is so awesome!!!! :)
This was so much fun to watch! Thank you for sharing!
That's a very sneaky blue heeler you have there!🐺
Please wear face mask maam. I love gentle they are towards the angoras. I saw a post that is protesting against big companies hurting the angoras by pulling their furs painfully. These is so good to see, little artisans take good care of their angoras.
Where are yall located and what type of Angora rabbits do y'all have? English or French ?
SW Iowa. As I say in the video Tiny is a giant Angora and Tiger is an English Angora
Can anyone find any like under $200
Ohhh I see this in my future! I raise commercial type rabbits but I’d love to be able to sell spun wool. Also have my best friend make me all kinds of goodies. 🎉
Yes, it is wonderful
This is the most interesting vídeo I have seen in years. Such a good explanation, very clear. I would love to learn this someday. Thank you!
Lovely
Hello Lisa, Thank you for this very instructive video. Could you please tell me the ppi of your carder cloth you use for this? Very nice to see your rabbit chill on the table. Nice video. Tilia
I am not sure of the numbers, but it is a fine carder. Wich means it has the most pins of any carder. The highest number that you can get. I also have a corse carder that I use for sheep wool. It has less pins, ppi
This is so cool! Thank you for showing your process
Thank you,,,,this is fascinating.... God Bless you and your furry family! And that darling girl in your video. She's precious🥰
Thank yoy
Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
Sweet lady!
Nice
Thank you. Very interesting. Have long wondered how the process works.
Lovely video. I like the two dowels to pull a rolag off the drum carder. Genius.
I love this. 😍❤️🤗🤗 I think the poodle idea is wonderful! It would also give the angora a lot of bounce in the final spun product. Also, I love the kromski fantasias. They're super cute. :) I love that Tiger is like a cat and is determined to knock everything off the table 😂
Thank you
This is soooo helpful! I have just been cutting our angoras hair before it gets too long, but I’ve been looking into saving it and spinning it. Our spoiled babies are about to start making wool! 😍 Thank you.
Thank you. I wish you well with your Angoras
I've always thought a community of homestead farms would be beneficial for all, sustaining and supporting one another, and doing things organically, cruelty free..only I don't like to dispatch any animals although I like to eat some meat regularly..
Yes, you have a great idea. Lots of communities have tried this. I think selfishness keeps it from working long term. We are all selfish by nature. But I would hope that as we get older, we could mature and put others first. I am 60 now and I work hard at putting others first. I don't always succeed, but I try.
From my daughter: This is so cool. This is making me want to get a bunny.
Thank you. Absolutely get a bunny
Holy shit I love this woman
Thank you. You wouldn't believe all the things that I do. I also hand quilt other people's quilt tops for them. I make scrap quilts, t-shirt quilts and all my clothes. I grow and can our veggies. Eat ect.
Wow it looks really fluffy. Are you not selling yarn any more? I don't see your website up.
Thank you. No I am not selling. I make scarfes, hats, quilts extra. For people and I hand quilt other people's quilts for them. I stay way to busy! Lol
Oh man, I want some socks made out of that!!
Very nice video, full of useful information. Thanks for posting! You have beautiful animals in there
Thank you
That´s amazingly informative, thank you!!
Beautiful! today's literal rabbit trail brought me here. Long time knitter, I have some research to do. Hey honey?
very nice🏝🏕🏡🌏🏞
Wow this is so cute I wish I can learn that
How hard would it be to do shorter rabbit fur, by hand?
That wouldn't work. You need at least an inch in length to spin. Longer is better
